There are two main enduro areas to bike around the chalet.
1. Bikepark Tournavaux
2. Trail center Thilay/Les Hautes Rivières
Both offer multiple trails from blue to black diamond. All trails can be found on Trail forks or can be downloaded here on the website of the local club. You can get all GPX traces at once against a small contribution that helps the club maintain the trails.
If you ride for the first time in the area, we highly recommend starting with the ''Speedy jump'' trail in Bikepark Tournavaux or ''La verte'' above Thilay as it gives a good idea of what you can expect of the trails. Then build it up to the more technical trails once you feel confident.
If you wish to have a local guide, or a shuttle service, send us a message and we can see what can be arranged with the club.

There are countless hiking trails around the chalet.
We often use Komoot or Wikiloc apps to find a new route. Some of our favorites are:
Hike from the chalet to Roc La Tour. Very simple, go from the chalet, up in the forest just above. Once at the restaurant take the hiking path on the left of it (not directly left but about 10m left). Follow the path for 45 minutes and you should arrive. Again using Komoot or Wikiloc can help you navigate, even Google maps or a compass can be enough for that one.
Hike to the old career buildings above Tournavaux. Many ways to get there. A nice round of about 1 hour, perfect with the dog.
Start on the Voie verte under the chalet going right towards the forest (opposite of the village). After the camping, cross the river and join the road. From there there is a steep path up the forest. Take it until you reach a first forest road. Go left until there is another steep path with a lot of rocks. Go up that path and take again left at the first small path. Go straight, you will eventually arrive at abandoned buildings and if you continue straight will come back to Tournavaux.
To Haulmé and back on the other side of the river. From the challet, go down to Tournavaux. At the City hall take the route to the left (opposite of the bridge) and follow it. You will first take a path through the fields and then in the forest before finding the road again just before the bridge of Haulmé. Cross the bridge and enter Haulmé. Go to the church and behind the church on the right, take the small path between the houses. Follow that path for 100m until you arrive at the old lavoratory. Take the path on the right which follows the river back to Tournavaux
